Willemsen Dairy in Frankton, Indiana hosted over 1200 dairy-loving fans excited to tour the farm, eat delicious Domino’s pizza, enjoy milk & yogurt from Prairie Farms, peel apart cheese sticks from Dairy Farmers of America, play backyard games and experience true farm living.
It was a beautifully sunny day and we are SO thankful for the support of local community, those who drove from cities as far away at Brownsburg and Greenwood, and to those who had never stepped foot on a dairy farm until Saturday.
We hope those who attended walked away with a greater appreciation of the hard-work and dedication Indiana dairy farmers possess, and we hope those who could not make it will pencil in our open house next June Dairy Month!
