The 2017 Indiana State Fair Dairy Bar will feature two new offerings! The first is a delectable grilled cheese sandwich that pairs Texas Toast with three different varieties of cheese. The second is a signature milkshake you won’t want to put down!
The Mousetrap grilled cheese sandwich is 2016’s “Ultimate Grilled Cheese” Contest Winner. The creation of dairy farmer and grilled cheese expert Andrew Kuehnert of Fort Wayne, this grilled classic is the cheesiest sandwich the Dairy Bar has ever offered! Sandwiched between two slices of grilled Texas Toast, this grilled cheese-terpiece features Havarti, Colby-Jack and Cheddar cheeses melted together to perfection!
This year’s signature milkshake is a classic – the Root Beer Float! If you’ve ever sipped a Root Beer Float, you will not be disappointed! It is a perfect mix of nostalgia and summertime!
