For her 12th consecutive Indiana State Fair Cheese Sculpture, Sarah Kaufmann pulled inspiration from our national dairy campaign, Undeniably Dairy, to showcase excited expressions of young dairy fans. From an oversized slice of pizza to an ice cream cone filled with five scoops of ice cream, Kaufmann’s ability to sculpt cheddar cheese truly is a gift.
