On Monday, August 14th, U.S. Olympic Diver Amy Magaña jumped out of the pool in order to learn more about dairy farming in Indiana. Magaña, an Indianapolis native and representative of Team USA 2016 at the Olympic Games Rio 2016, experienced many facets of the dairy industry starting with a trip to the Dairy Bar and ending the day by leading a cooking demonstration in the Purdue Extension Ag/Hort building.
As a Milk Life Athlete and proud supporter of white milk, Magaña committed to a day with the American Dairy Association Indiana in an effort to learn more about how milk goes from cow to you. In four short hours, we completely filled her schedule. The result? We have no doubt you’ll see her excitement below as she learned about life in the dairy field. Check out her day in photos below:

Next up, Amy will start training for Nationals in North Carolina. We will be cheering her on this winter as she dives her way to victory– what a treat to spend a day with such an inspiring and charismatic woman!
