Celebrate National School Breakfast Week With Us!

It’s time to celebrate the most important meal of the day, breakfast! National School Breakfast Week is March 2nd – 6th, 2020 and it will be “Out of This World” fun. This yearly celebration reminds us of the importance of nutrition to start your day, and the benefits of the National School Breakfast Program to more than 14 million students across the country.

Here’s where we’ll be:

  • Fuel Up to Play 60 and Indianapolis Colts Hometown Grant winner Pike Township School District is expanding their “Breakfast in the Classroom” program. We’re bringing along the Indianapolis Colts Mascot Blue, Colts Cheerleaders and former Colts Linebacker Gary Brackett to Snacks Crossing Elementary to get the week started right.

  • But the fun doesn’t stop there! GENYOUth/Fuel Up to Play 60 partner, the PepsiCo Foundation is delivering more opportunities for breakfast in schools with new “Grab and Go” breakfast carts, coolers and point of sale equipment. We’re excited to be part of the cart kick off programs at:

Daleville Jr/Sr High School

Brownsburg West Middle School

Gold Academy

Winding Ridge Elementary School

Andrew J Brown Academy

  • Finally, we’re going to see where school milk comes from! Have you ever wondered how milk goes from cow to you? We’ll be taking a Virtual Dairy Farm Tour of Homestead Dairy in Plymouth, Indiana on March 6th. Join us from the comforts of your home or classroom to see the farm, cows and get your questions answered live by the farm family at Homestead Dairy!
