While things have been a little different lately, we wanted to bring some joy and ice cream for a great cause to your life!
There’s a new look for this year’s Ice Cream Social. In the interest of the health, safety, and well being of attendees and volunteers, we will be hosting the event in a drive-thru or walk-up only style.
For a donation, you will be able to select an ice cream novelty treat of your choice, courtesy of Prairie Farms and Nestle. The Indianapolis Indians Charities will match each donation up to $5,000.
ALL proceeds from the Ice Cream Social will be donated to Second Helpings.
With the new look of this year’s Ice Cream Social, here are a few tips:
- Drive-thru (stay in your car)
Enter Victory Field from West Street and exit onto Maryland into the White River State Park - Walk-up
Walk-up visitors are also welcome. The centerfield gate will be open at Maryland Street and West Street to enter the ballpark. Treats will be served inside the plaza and to be enjoyed from the outfield lawn. Guests walking up should park downtown as the Victory Field lot will be dedicated to the Drive-Thru event. Guests coming in will need to complete a waiver and have their temperature taken at the gate. Download the walk-up map here! - Pre-order
Pre-order pick-up available between 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Friday, July 10. Additional prizes will be included in your pre-order package to help make your car ride even cooler. Click here to pre-order.
