1 cup of smooth ricotta cheese
1 tsp of almond extract
½ cup powdered sugar
12 oz containers thawed sugared strawberries
1 angel food cake

Cut cake into thirds horizontally.

Combine ricotta, sugar and extract and blend until smooth and combined.

Spread half of mixture on one layer, and repeat.

Drizzle berries over the cake and top with fresh whipped cream.
