Angel Food Stuffed Cake

Ingredients
 1 cup of smooth ricotta cheese
 1 tsp of almond extract
 ½ cup powdered sugar
 12 oz containers thawed sugared strawberries
 1 angel food cake

Directions

Cut cake into thirds horizontally.

Combine ricotta, sugar and extract and blend until smooth and combined.

Spread half of mixture on one layer, and repeat.

Drizzle berries over the cake and top with fresh whipped cream.

Cut into slices and serve.

Can be refrigerated for up to 2 days without berries.

Be sure to cover and wrap securely.
