Crunch your Oreos.
Cream your butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
In a separate bowl, whisk together your milk and pudding mix.
Add pudding to creamed mixture. Fold in whipped topping.
Layer half of creamed mixture in a 9x13 dish.
Cover with half of crunched Oreos. Spread the rest of the the creamed mixture on top.
Sprinkle with the remaining crunched Oreos. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
