Ingredients
1 (32 oz) bag of frozen hashbrowns (chunk style, not sliced)
1 (32 oz) box of chicken broth (low sodium can be used)
10 oz (1 can) cream of chicken soup
3 oz bacon bits (reserve some for garnish)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (reserve some for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1Put hashbrowns in slow cooker and add chicken broth, soup, and bacon bits.
2Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
3After cooking, add cream cheese and shredded cheese.
