Provolone Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
 2 slices enriched bread
 1 tbsp neutral flavored oil (canola, vegetable, or safflower)
 4 fresh spinach leaves
 1 pinch of garlic powder & onion powder
 1 tsp dried basil
 2 slices provolone cheese
 1 tbsp of tomato paste (pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, or tomato sauce)
 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese (for garnish on bread)
Directions

Brush one side of bread with neutral flavored oil, followed by 1/2 tbsp. parmesan cheese and a pinch of garlic powder.

Place in skillet and add provolone, tomato product, a pinch of onion powder, dried basil, spinach, and more provolone.

Brush second piece of bread with oil then add 1/2 tbsp. parmesan cheese and another pinch of garlic powder.

Place on top of the sandwich.

To grill your entree, cook the sandwich covered on low heat, letting each side brown before.
