Strawberry Yogurt Shortcake

Ingredients
 2 ⅓ cups buttermilk baking mix
 ¼ cup sugar
 3 tbsp butter, melted
 2 cups fat-free creamy strawberry yogurt
 1 qt (4 cups) strawberries, sliced
Directions

Heat oven to 450 degrees.

Stir baking mix, 3 tablespoons of the sugar, butter and 1/2 cup of the yogurt until soft dough forms.

Place dough on surface lightly sprinkled with baking mix and gently roll in to coat.

Shape dough into ball; knead 8 to 10 times.

Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.

Cut with floured 3 inch cutter, heart-shaped if possible.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet; sprinkle with remaining sugar.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Split shortcakes on individual serving plates.

Spoon strawberries and remaining yogurt between halves and over tops.
