2 tbsp salted butter, softened
1 glazed yeast doughnut, split in half horizontally
1 slice Sweet Swiss cheese (Fair Oaks Farms)
2 slices thick cut bacon, cut in half, cooked until crisp, drained (Indiana Kitchens)
1 slice Muenster cheese (Fair Oaks Farms)

Heat skillet to medium.

Spread butter onto cut sides of both doughnut halves.

Place one doughnut half, buttered-side down, in skillet.

Top with Swiss cheese, all the bacon, then Muenster cheese.

Top with the second doughnut half, glazed side down.

Cook until golden.

Flip and cook until golden.

Remove from skillet and cut in half. Serve immediately.
