Hufford Family Dairy cheese guide

Hufford Family Dairy believes in all things farm to table. Their raw milk cheese is made exclusively with milk from Hufford Family dairy and includes cheddar, Colby, garden herb and hot pepper. While you can’t purchase cheese on site, Hufford Family Dairy products can be purchased at many farmer’s markets in Northern Indiana.

Up to $2,500 Awarded

American Dairy Association Indiana is proud to support local cheese makers with our new: Indiana Cheese Makers Grant

This grant is intended for product innovation, development and/or marketing that will increase public awareness and purchase of Indiana cheese in retail and wholesale locations.

To apply, you must be a cheese maker based in Indiana and hold or obtain a permit to process cheese products with Indiana State Board of Animal Health (BOAH).
