1 envelope unflavored gelatin

4 egg yolks

1 cup milk

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup granulated sugar

¼ tsp salt

½ cup canned pumpkin

1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

½ cup powdered sugar

Caramel ice cream topping
