1 pie crust
Dijon mustard-enough to liberally coat the bottom of the pie crust
4 -5 tomatoes- 1/4 in. slices shingled onto pie crust
Swiss cheese- 6-8 slices of any type- Gruyere or Jarlsburg are divine!
fresh basil, chopped, for garnish

Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.

Cut into wedges and serve with a spring salad or appetizer.
