Ingredients
 1 bottle favorite wine (such as Shiraz or Chardonnay)
 1 sprig rosemary
 2 cloves garlic chopped
 1 large block cheddar cheese (such as Cabot Mild or Sharp Cheddar)
Directions

Bring ingredients (except cheese) to boil, boil for a couple minutes; cool.

Add cheese and let sit for 12-48 hours.

Discard liquid and taste the new flavor that the cheese has acquired.

Sliced, cubed, grated this cheese gives you a great new experience!
