
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9x13 in pan with a non-stick spray.
Roll out one tube of crescent rolls in the bottom of your pan and press the seams together.
Mix together your cream cheese, 3/4 of a cup of sugar, egg yolk and vanilla.
Spread mixture over the bottom layer of crescent rolls.
Unroll second tube of crescent rolls and place on top of mixture.
Coat with egg white and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
Let it set out and cool for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the Easy Cream Cheese Danish into bars and serve.
