Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In medium bowl, mix crust ingredients.
Press mixture firmly in bottom and side of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 10 minutes or until light brown.
Let cool.
In large bowl, mix ice cream, lemonade concentrate and food color.
Mound mixture in crust.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
Let pie stand at room temperature a few minutes before cutting.
Garnish with fresh whipped cream and lemon slices or twists.
Store covered in freezer.
