In my backyard grilled cheese
Ingredients
 3 oz Tulip Tree Trillium
 2 oz Traders Point Creamery Mozzarella Sliced
 2 tbsp Home Ec. Blueberry Mascato Preserves
 2 tsp Wildflower Ridge Raw Honey
 4 tbsp Tulip Tree Butter
 2 slices Casa Tua Marble Rye
Directions

Mix blueberry mascato preserves and honey together in bowl and set aside.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet under low heat.

Spread a layer of the preserve and honey mixture on each slice of bread (You should still have an ample amount of the mixture remaining).

Place each slice of bread side by side, in skillet.

Place slices of mozzarella on one piece of bread.

Place trillium, sliced in 3 sections, on other slice of bread.

Drizzle remaining preserve and honey mixture evenly over trillium.

Increase heat to medium and cover.

Grill covered for 5-10 minutes until cheese on each slice melts.

Uncover and flip mozzarella piece onto trillium slice so that melted mozzarella meets the mixture of preserves and honey.

Add remaining butter to skillet.

Continue to grill and flip sandwich on low for 2-3 minutes.

Remove sandwich from skillet.

Slice and serve.
