Cut about 2 tablespoons kernels from roasted corn ear.
Butter 1 side of each bread slice.
Heat skillet or grill to medium.
Place 1 bread slice, butter side down in skillet.
Top with Havarti cheese, then Cheddar, roasted corn kernels and jam.
Grill, open-face, until bread is golden.
Top with second bread slice, butter side up; flip sandwich and grill until golden and cheeses are melted.
Remove from heat and slice in half diagonally.
Garnish with fresh blackberries and additional roasted corn if desired. Makes 1 sandwich.
