Heat skillet to medium-low.
Stir together raspberry spread and water until combined.
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place one bread slice, buttered-side down in skillet.
Spread evenly with raspberry sauce then top with Swiss cheese.
Arrange apple slices on top then Gouda cheese and second bread slice, buttered-side up.
Cook until golden brown.
Flip and cook other side until golden brown.
Remove from skillet and cut in half diagonally. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
