Vanilla Ice Cream I

Ingredients
 3 cups heavy whipping cream
 3 cans (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
 8 tsp vanilla
  tsp salt
 9 Junket Tablets
 2 tsp water
 Enough whole milk to fill a remainder of the ice cream canister

In a small bowl dissolve the Junket Tablets in the cold water. Set aside.

Combine sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream, and a portion of the milk in a large bowl. Mix well.

Add salt and remainder of milk. Mix well.

Pour into a large saucepan and heat slowly, stirring to lukewarm (110 degrees). Remove from heat.

Add vanilla and the dissolved Junket Tablets. Stir.
