2 cups milk
1 tsp dried turmeric
¼ tsp dried ginger - up to 1 tsp, depending on taste
honey, to taste

Place the milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
While stirring, add the spices and let the milk come to a simmer.
Take the saucepan off the heat, cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
Serve warm.
