Preheat oven to 325°F.
Line cookie sheet with foil, foil to extend over sides.
Use non-stick spray on foil.
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well coated.
Transfer mixture to prepared pan.
Bake oat mixture until top is golden brown, about 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Transfer to cooling rack and cool 5 minutes.
Store in airtight container for 1 month.
