Spread 1 tbsp butter per slice on each of cinnamon swirl bread.
Heat your griddle to 325 degrees, and melt 2 tbsp butter on the griddle.
Place both slices of bread butter-side-down in the melted butter on the griddle.
On 1 slice of bread add 1 slice of American cheese, and on the other slice, add 1 slice of Havarti and the other 1 slice of American cheese.
As the cheese starts to melt, spread the 1.5 tbsp cinnamon cream cheese spread on top delicately.
On the other slice of bread, spread the 1.5 tbsp caramel apple pie filling on top of the cheese.
Once both slices of bread are grilled to golden brown, remove from head, and combine the two sides together.
Let rest for 1 minute, and slice on the diagonal.
