Pulled pork grilled cheese
Ingredients
  cup grated Parmesan cheese
 2 (1/3-inch) slices Italian sourdough bread
 ¾ cup shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
 ¼ cup pulled pork (Head2Hock)
 3 tbsp barbecue sauce (Head2Hock)
 6 hot, salted French fries

Heat the skillet or griddle to medium.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in thin layer in skillet and top with both bread slices.

Place shredded cheese in a mound in the skillet and top with the pulled pork, barbecue sauce and a layer of French fries; heat until cheese begins to melt.

Lift the fries-cheese stack onto one bread slice and flip the second bread slice, Parmesan-crisp-side up, on top.

Cook until cheese is melted and pork is hot.

Remove from skillet; cut in half.
